How are the internal zero draft surfaces of parts like disposable syringes molded? Is it just a stripper plate or is the tool and ejection more complicated?

All I saw there was a stripper plate.

Other possibilities are poppet valve and air assist, but I could not see that in the video.

One important aspect that would not be visible is that te cores MUST be draw polished.
