To All,
A contractor is installing a single phase 120/240 volt service supplied by a small (25 kVA) indoor 480 Volt to 120/240 Volt transformer at one of our sites. From what I understand, that is considered a separately derived system by the NEC. As such, it much have a system bonding jumper per Article 250. There are two places that this jumper can be installed: one is at the neutral point of the transformer, and the other is at the neutral bus in the circuit breaker panel. Is one location for this bonding jumper preferred over the other?
Regards,
Dave
