Table Borders

So I have come across and issue with table borders. I have created a bunch of tables that collapse, that are invisible, but when all of the tables are collapsed on top of each other, it puts a small point, equal to the color of the table prior to it being invisible. Is there a fast way to change the color of all table borders/styles? Everytime i try to select all the tables and goto styles, it only modifies the first selected table.

I have multiple tables like this with a single cell:

each table had a dimension from one to the other, that when the note is disabled, it compressed the table into the one above itself, and the borders are white, and invisible. When multiple tables are compressed on top of each other, they form these little boxes as shown in the image. Any ideas how to get rid of this other then putting a blank white image over the top?

Quid quo pro! What are you using this for? Or in other words why have blank tables lying about in the first place. The too obvious solution is that if they're not used then hide or delete them! I'd have to be convinced as to why you don't simply do so.

Since you have created multiple tables of one cell each, you need to Change the border line color/font/width for each table separately, i.e. Right click the table near left top corner of the table->Cell Style->Cells Tab
In the "Border" section, you need to explicitly select Linetype (e.g. solid) and Lineweight (e.g. thin) then give OK.

Instead of creating multiple tables, you can create a single table of 1 column and n rows.

These tables are being automated by expressions, using PTS. So the drafting text becomes unsuppressed by expression when a check box is selected on the interface. There are about 50 notes, some of which are automatically turned on and off based on the design.

All of the borders are white, all of the line thickness is invisible. Also they have to be setup as multiple tables, you see I have a group of 50 notes, 50 different tables, which when all of them are expanded out are invisible and look correct. They are tied to each other by the corner of the table and a dimension length, which gets multiplied by the suppression expression, 1 on, 0 off, so this way when the table becomes blank, the dimension becomes 0 as well and contracts to the next table that contains text. The reason this cannot be done with one single table, is that as one table, you would then have blank spaces in the cells that become blank. This design is a top down expand/contract method to automate notes on my cover page.

Again, when the table is expanded out fully and all notes are on, borders are all white, and invisible, and appear fine. The problem only arises in the screen shot provided above once the tables start to stack on top of each other at the same corner point.

Well, I understood your problem. Whenever there is no text in the table, you will get the square mark just beside the anchor point. I feel that is logical, because when the table itself is not visible, and I want to locate the table without moving the mouse all over the drawing sheet, is by seeing that small square. As soon as you enter any text, there is no need of the small square, so it is getting disappeared!

Now, try this solution. You are suppressing the text using expression, hope you are doing it by Edit->Suppress Drafting Object. You can suppress the respective table along with the text inside it, by using the same expression!

Also, I think you will find that those 'small' squares are not plotted as they are simply 'visual tags/handles'.

you cannot suppress the text inside of a table, you can only suppress the table as a drafting object.

Whatever the expression you have mentioned above can be used for suppressing the table itself so that the small square (of that table) also disappears.
