I ran into a very odd case where I am using a coded fraction in a tabular note followed by the decimal equivalent inside coded parentheses. So the code in my tabular cell appears like this:
[pre]<V1!4> <(>.250<)>[/pre]
When I accept my spreadsheet changes, the table on my drawing adds a dash in between the fraction and the parentheses.
The dash will disappear if I do any of the following:
1) Delete the space after the fraction (no space displays after the fraction)
2) Add junk text before the open parenthesis (as a test)
3) Change to "regular" typed-in parentheses (the font my company uses makes the parentheses look like the number one, which could cause confusion on my drawing)
4) Enter this exact same code in a standard note (I have tabular values I need to display)
Is this some kind of tabular note, fraction, or Excel setting? Are there any work-arounds that would allow me to use coded fractions and parentheses in a tabular note without the dash?
I'm using NX 11.0.0.33
