i want to used ldpe for the film, but there's another problem i also want it tears at 95C temperature.
It doesn't have to be so sticky, i just need it to be sticky enough for a small piece of plastic chip.
Can anyone suggest the tackifiers? and what should i do to make a lower the melting point?

Many thanks

There are two approaches I can imagine right away.

Add a plasticizer, i.e. high molecular weight solvent that will soften the PE. Examples would be hydrocarbon oils.

Or, blend in a tacky polymer like Tafmer (from Mitsui) or perhaps a Kraton product or Styroflex type SBS from BASF.

Thanks for the suggestion Chris, I already read the product specification, and I think Styroflex will be great for this.
