Tailings as fill Material, enough strenght?

Hello everyone!!

Im trying to do a research about using some mine tailings mixed with rock to use them as Fill material for an underground mine, can anyone point me in the right direction of how can i use the laboratory analysis from the material, i have the Triaxial test for the combinations and got all relevant data from it, but how can i use it to see if its adeuate as a Fill Material?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
