Is tank mixing eductor (TME)good for mixing wastewater eq tank. There is a screen upstream of the EQ basin but you never know what size solids pass through the system. Any potential clogging issues with the eductors in WW application? Feedback from design and/or experience would be appreciated.
Any other non energy consuming options similar to TME?

How is a TME non energy consuming?

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

Tank mixing systems are acceptable for mixing equalization tanks, but not widely used. One problem is that the size of the eductor must be large enough so that it will clog. This factor eliminates the use of eductors on small applications with solids.

Mixers in the tank or aeration spargers are probably more economical and less energy intensive.
