I have to find volume of a S.T. lube oil tank having a generic normal rectangular shape on the outside. But on the inside, there's baffles and compartments of different sizes. The problem at hand is, I want to predict amount of oil lost/to pe replenished in 'millimeters lost' parameter. But the 1mm at different tank levels show different volumes lost. Any solutions to this problem like, how to approach the problem would be welcomed.

I can give the drawing if required.

Give the drawing please with dimensions and always give the drawing before being asked for one.

I also don't really understand your problem or what sort of accuracy you are looking at?

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

I'm also not sure what you're after.
If you know the tank geometry and the geometry of all the internals, you can generate stored volume as a function of depth via spreadsheet.
Deflections in the tank, as-built tolerances in the tank, and thermal variations will throw that off some.

from the schematic drwg you can easily calculate the 4 volumes once you get the 3 omitted sizes, but to calculate the loss as you said you must fix the checking point, i.e. the horizontal distance from the origin (square on left bottom angle)to the checking point

The interior of the tank is separated with baffles into different compartments but connected. The Tank is to be connected to the Oil pump (at nozzle "18").
The oil effective volume is to be controlled with a liquid level between minimum level (124mm from top) and maximum level (450mm from top). you may calculate the required oil quantity for operation per level of 326mm (i.e. 450-124).
