Tapered serration design

Hey good people,
I am into design validation of tapered serration. We have a shaft connection with tapered serrations that are press fitted with 70 tons. Application is Final drive of Dozers. It would be greatly helpful if anyone can share design documents / standards for design of these tapered serrations. My requirement is, how to arrive at the pressing force of 70tons.
