TC through ProE: how to browse for destination dir.?

When I click "Teamcenter"-->"Open..." through ProE, a window pops up. Among the options are "Destination Directory" for which there is a "Browse..." button (see pic).

The Browse button does not work, and instead we always need to type in the directory name. It is a minor hastle and it would be great if we could fix the Browse button to just work like it is supposed to.

Ideas?
