Tce Error message

Anyone have a clue as to what's going on with: A dialogue box titled "Windows - No Disk" with the following message: 'Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 7c7df5f8 38a099b8 7c7df5f8 7c7df5f8'. My IT guys are as puzzled as I am. The errors occurs when trying to open a file, or any number of things.

To make matters worse, this is a spanky new install that was working prior to the Siemens guy leaving. Nothing has been changed or altered on our systems according to the IT guys.

A google search on the first part of the message (Exception Processing Message c0000013) gives lots of hits with possible solutions.

as far as I know it's a problem of the volume path at the tc server install . A the server the volume points to drive an the volume directory ( d:\iman\volume) - to solve this the volume path have an unc path \\server\networkshare\volume

This happened once to us too. For what ever reason Windows "forgot" that it was sharing a folder.

In other words, all we had to do was right click the folder it was looking for and share it out as the name that originally was specified within TeamCenter.

Hope this helps as we were down for two days and to find a solution so simple as this was either disappointing or very good news depending on if you like challenges.
