How can you be weak on technical issues and call yourself an engineer ?

Seems like you should be back in school ?

If you work for an oil and gas company, they usually have internal training courses or sponsor people to do work outside of the company at a university, college or other industry training centres.

However I agree with C2it - it's difficult to understand how you are "weak in technical issues" but still an "engineer".

My motto: Learn something new every day

Also: There's usually a good reason why everyone does it that way
