TEFLON DISTRIBUTION OVER NICKEL PLATING

I’m trying to determinate Teflon content and distribution over a Nickel Plating by SEM/EDX that should be between 15-20 %, but I didn’t find a standard or document to perform the testing I wonder at how many magnifications must be used to do this test.

Can you clarify the following point: Is the teflon an additional coating on top of the nickel plating, or is the teflon co-deposited with the nickel plating? I do not understand your question if it is the former, but I do understand it if it is the latter.
