Telecommunication Channel Management

I am wondering if anyone has used any type of telecommunication channel management software. Currently, I am maintaining huge Excel spreadsheets of all the DSOs, T1s, OC-3s, and how they all interconnect. This is very time consuming and I am unable to locate any specific software. Any suggestions?
