Hi. I am working on ballistic impact on Aluminum 7017. I am facing an issue that if I give the value of Temperature in "Pre-defined Fields", the material is not removed properly. But if I don't give the value of the temperate, the model seems to work just fine.

I wanted to ask that is the temperature necessary to add in the Pre-defined Fields or I could neglect it in this case ?

Dear Haseeb;
Do you set your analyis on Dynamic, Temp-Disp, Explicit from the step module?

Dear, Mcakir,
I was using Dyanamic Explicit ? Please could you guide me about the term Temp-Disp ?

Iam getting the following error "Degree of freedom 11 and at least one of degrees of freedom 1 thru 6 must be active in the model for *dynamic temp-disp. Check the procedure and element types used in this model."
