I DO HAVE A COPY, I BEEN TOLD BY MY SUPERVISOR THAT IS OK TO USED AMS-QQ-A-200/11 7075-T73511 MATERIAL TO FABRICATE "X" PARTS, WHEN THE CALL OUT ON THE DRAWING IS AMS-QQ-A-200/11 7075-T73, I THRUST HIM BUT I WANT TO VERIFY AND LEARN. THANK YOU!
 
If you are comparing temper designations for the same AA, you need to review and compare all stated tensile properties as a starter. The acceptability of the alternative temper goes back to review of original tensile property requirements for design and to ensure the alternate temper can be safely substituted with approval of the end user in service.
 
Since this is being manufactured to an AMS spec then you could also look in the MMPDS and see if the two tempers are listed in the same line. If they are listed with different design properties (even if the spec properties match) then they cannot be interchanged.

If it look for plate I see that T73 is listed as having different properties than T7351.
However under extrusions T73, T73510, and T73511 are all listed as having the same properties.
Then following are the different tensile and fatigue curves for each temper.
Changing temper in Al can be very risky.
