Sir,

We have dual speed 725/1465 RPM, 50HP, 50Hz, Delta/star/star induction motor with 9 terminals brought out as follows:-

1W 1V 1U

2V2 2W2 2U2

2W 2V 2U

We get continuity as 1W - 2W - 2U2
1V - 2V2 - 2U
1U - 2W2 - 2V
How will be the delta connections for full speed 1465 RPM by VFD?

Please, attach a photo of nameplate.
At first glance you can get the 4 pole (1465 rpm) at 2Wye (star) connection, not Delta.
Need more details from you but my guess for 4 pole external connection is
- lines to: 2U, 2V, 2W and
- join together 1U-1V-1W-2U2-2V2-2W2.
But note this could be 2Wye (star) connection , not Delta.
Connection to Delta will cause a change in poles from 4 to 8 ( 725 rpm at 50 Hz).
Probably you'll need to reconnect an internal connections or rewind the whole winding in order to get what you want.
You need to provide more info if you want an exact answer.
