Test welder Tabulation Position 5G qualification for Tabulation of weld F,V,O.

I see Figure QW-461.1 in ASME, the position nozzle welding to Pipe as the picture below has position "H". is that right?
I am confused about whether the Test welder position 5G only covers (F,V,O) or Test the welder 5G only covers (F,V,H,O) is enough for this Joint.
Could we apply welder qualification 5G Tabulation for the this case?

Why not test the welder in the 6G position?

The welder has easily tested and rented manpower by the skill in a 5G position than 6G.

For all position welding, ASME IX requires 5G and 2G positions qualifications or 6G.

A welder qualified in 6G position shall be qualified for all positions including special position?

Is special position covers in all as per QW-461.9? just like tube to tube sheet welding?

Is any provision or interpretation given in likes of ASME SEC IX?
