Testing for H2O in a Pipeline

Does anyone have any advice on water detection instrumentation (manufacturer / type of sensor) in a pipeline that is used for gasoline and diesel service ? We think we are getting slugs of water transported up our pipeline and need to show that it is happening. I am looking into an optical sensor, but do not know if that is the best choice or who manufacturers the best.

We bought a water in oil montor from Phase Dynamics for a crude oil metering system. Accuracy is good and cost was less than the alternative.
Full hazardous area approval also.

Yup, TrueCut is the brand name for the Cliff Mock water detection system. It is primarily used in cargo terminals that offload oil and gas from tankers.

Based in Houston, Texas under the NuFlo Technologies Inc company name, they were recently purchased by Cooper Cameron. You can bet pricing went through the roof.

Actually I like many of the Cooper Cameron product, particularly their BOPs and wellhead valves. Very nice, but I won't tell them that! It's just me.
