Hello, everyone. When I run the simulation on Abaqus, the CPU time is not displayed in the monitor panel. Can you answer my confusion?

Check the .msg file. CPU time should be given at the end of it.

Thanks for your answer FEA way, but if I want the monitor screen to show CPU time, how do I set it?

Job Monitor has tabs named Data File and Message File. There you can view the contents of .dat and .msg file respectively. Both will include the CPU time in "Job time summary" section once the analysis is completed.

Hi FEA way, your answer is very helpful, so the empty CPU time column in the monitor panel is normal and not a software bug or a wrong setting, right? As the picture below shows.

I see now, you are talking about Abaqus/Explicit analysis and I was talking about Abaqus/Standard. It seems that the emptiness of this column is a known bug that will be fixed in a future version (2023). It should also already be fixed in Abaqus 2022 HF1 (with the first fix pack).

FEA way, Thanks for answering my question[love2], it's such a coincidence that my Abaqus version is 2021.[bugeyed]
