The meaning of "F3 Break" callout 2

Just want to know what is the meaning of "F3 Break" callout as circled on the figure, drawing in accordance with ASME Y14.5M.

F3 Break means nothing to me. Is there a note elsewhere on the drawing that defines it?

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

I think the note is nothing to do with "F3 Break". I only know its a component of transmission system and the material is JIS-G3141, no information on the finish.

From Fig.3 I got F means ECD(Electrochemical Deburring---process to remove burrs from metals), but I am not quite sure what means of 3.

Per the document specified in the Applicable Specifications section in the frame next to the titleblock just above the lower border of the print. Inquire for it via the channel you acquired the print by.
