How to get the stress of 13 direction for the D point by simulation S8R elements?
Besides, I don't know the reason that we cannot get stress of 13 direction of this D point by simulating stacked SC8R elements.

I have never done this,but it is possible to get the transverse shear stress (e.g., 13) in a layered S8R element (need to request a TSHR field output for all section points in the plies, see image below).

There is a good benchmark which you could have a look at in the abaqus benchmark manual. It is called: 1.1.3 Composite shells in cylindrical bending
