I am a student doing a project on a air control system of a pet store. It must take out the humidity in the air so that condensation does not form on the windows. Factors are fish tanks at 28C and the Air is supposed to be in 22C. Question is "What is the Thermal Conductivity of Concrete and Linoleum or where can I find them?"<br>

There's a fantastic table in the Wirsbo Radiant Floor catalog that gives R-values for all sorts of flooring materials. Linoleum is listed as R-0.21 (USCS units). You can get U-val for concrete from ASHRAE fundametals handbook. R-val for an 8" slab is generally about R-1.05. Don't forget about the thermal resistances from the interior surface film (~R-0.61), and either exterior surface film (~R-0.17) is exposed, or earth resistance if slab on grade (resistance depends on location).Happy designing!
