thermal contact

Hi everybody

Could you someone help me,please?.I have a problem with thermal contact in abaqus..I have axissymmetric model of two cylinders
and simple contact between them,but problem is that there dont occure any heat transfer between contacting surfaces.I assigned
normal behavior-hard,tangential-penalty with friction,and thermal conductance 1000 at 0 clearence and 0 at 0 clearence.But it doesnt work.I am new in abaqus.

You'll need to run a coupled temperature displacement model for this to work. This will calculate temperatures as well as stress/displacement at the same time.

but i used coupled-temp-disp. analysis,but problem is maybe in contact.Could help me please?

I don't quite understand how the conductance can be 1000 at 0 clearance while at the same time also be 0 at 0 clearance. Could that be the problem?

It was bad written...to correct it 1000 at 0 and 0 at 1 clearence, but still doesnt work..i tried many possibilities but i dont know waht i do wrong.
Thank you for every idea..because it is relativly simple problem.Only to get heat transfer in contact.

It could simply be that you've applied the wrong boundary conditions and fixed all nodes to some set temperature, hence temperatures don't change on contact. Alternatively, maybe the the job didn't run. If it did run, check that contact was made by looking at the variable COPEN, or CPRESS

If i run analysis the abaqus has still same warrning:No heat transfer will occure between master and slave.But i dont know why..i assigned temperutre on the line of bottom and fixed displacement in way.(maybe pisture will be better). think that in boundary conditions is not problem i tried it change and contact with heat transfer still doesnt work.
