Is there any thumb rule available for knowing the thermal expansion or contraction (directly propprtional to length and delta T) of routed cs, ss pipes because in 31.3 tables are for mm/100 ft and that also as per temperatures.

There is no rule of thumb. It is a simple mathmetical calculation based on the coefficient of expansion for the material, the length and the temperature difference.

Yes inshort I need a thermal expansion coefficient of CS and SS based on delta temp.
