Thread Specs for EMT conduit

Anyone know where I can get the thread specs for 1/2", 3/4", and 1" EMT conduit? I know pitch and number of threads, but I am looking for pitch diameter and tooth height.

EMT isn't threaded, it uses couplings and connectors. You must be referring to Ridgid conduit???
