Three stage process gas compression module

Can I get a help with process gas compression module structural system.
Iam looking for layouts and SACS model if possible.

I have to arrive at preliminary estimate for a offshore process platform.
The topmost level will recieve a package of PGC module .
There are two ways to this approach.
First approach, the vendor provides everything, including the structural system.The disadvantage of this
approach is that the module weighs something like 1850 tons, which is well beyond the offshore crane capacity as well as the allowable footprint.
Looking on the net, I came across PGC modules weighing around 1300 tons, but these were done by buying the equipments loose and assembling
them.This then is the second approach.
I would like to go with the second approach as it appears a better in terms of controlling the weights.

Proceeding with the second approach,I have determined the footprint of PGC module as around 20 m x 40 m, bu this too is not suitable.
Iam on lookout for some examples, so that footprint can be reduced to say around 15 m x 40m.

Even with this extra info, this is a detail design and layout issue that you can only do with all the information to hand.

It's almost impossible to look at this in a forum based approach unless you post some sketches or layout drawings, but even then there are so many unknowns and variables I don't think it would help.

Sounds like you need some more people to look at this with experience of offshore platform design and layout.
