Through Curve Feature

Hi,

I have a hanful of points & used a spline to connect to connect the points. I think I want to use the Through Curve Feature to connect several curves that will create the geometry or sheet body of the point profile.

Where is the Through Curve feature & how to best use it?

where is the TC feature: Insert| Mesh Surface|Through Curve.
Basically, select several splines as its sections.you can choose point as its secion as well.
