Does anyone have a full (or partial) range stress-strain curve for this material in the thickness band encompassing 16 mm (5/8")? Or, better still, does anyone have the Ramberg-Osgood parameters?

Thanks in anticipation.

Try the following;
Page 5-66, Figure 5.4.1.1.6 (a) in

MIL-HDBK-5H

There is a stress strain graph for this Ti alloy along with the Ramberg-Osgood parameter, n for various temperatures including room temperature.

Thanks, metengr. I have seen the curve you refer to. It is, I believe, for solution-treated, aged material. I am at home now, so I don't have access to HDBK-5/MMPDS. I think the properties differ for the two conditions...

Thanks again, metengr. Is there any significant difference in properties between extrusion and plate for this alloy?

Based on your question in the other forum, I think you need to contact a titanium producer directly, in order to obtain sufficient confidence in the data that you are seeking. TIMET or RTI would be the two companies I recommend contacting, since they both produce plate.

RMI Titanium is the correct name. RTI is the larger corporate parent.
