Tibor 3:1 is proved better that 5:1.Is there any thing better than3:1 1

We have uesd 3:1 Tibor and it proved to be better that 5:1 in the grain sturcture and cost saving . Is some thing recommended other that 3:1 or how much boron should be there if we are casting alumium 6xxx series

I'm familiar with Tibor fishing reels and I assume that Tibor you a describing is an Aluminum Anodizing Process like the one used on the reels.
I don't have a clue as to the meaning of the ratios you provide.
