HI!
I have a small question that I hope someone can help me answer.

I want to connect an flow-element made of Hastalloy C22 into a Titan piping.
Is it safe to do that?

If not why?

HI
Yes :) i ment Titanium.

The fluid is Seawater with 300 ppm Hyprocloritt

Will this information help you to say yes og no?

Roger

How do you intend to attach the Hastelloy C-22 flow element to the Ti piping? If it can be attached by mechanical means to the piping, a nonmetalic gasket should be used to prevent direct contact between the Ti and Hastelloy.

Use a a mechanical jointing system. The two materials cannot be fusion welded together without the use of an intermediary metal or metals.
