Good morning.
I have a question about connecting the tetanium pipe to the exchanger wall by rolling it.
The exchanger pipe has a diameter of 32 mm, the wall is 35 mm thick, and the design states that the tight connection should be made by rolling.
Have you ever encountered such a system?
The titanium tube is Grade1 and the wall is 1.4565.
Thank you very much for all your comments.

ID 32 mm, 35 mm wall? Thats like a piece of Ti bar with a gun hole drilled?

- You never get what you expect, you only get what you inspect.

That should work if:
The hole will need to be very good, likely reamed. You can look in TEMA (or similar) HX building rules for the required tolerance.
And the 31.8mm tube will need some external support very close to the exchanger wall.
And that you hire an experienced HX builder or re-tuber to do the rolling.
You only get one shot at this.
