For anyone who is familiar with the program...
Looking at the output, it appears to spread out all the concentrated point loads as uniform loads over the specified length of the wall - is this a TMS sepc, or where does this assumption come from otherwise? In my actual design, the loads are from embed plates in concrete tie beam, but even then, I would expect the loads to more or less go directly down through the concrete to CMU before starting to flare out a 3/1 or 2/1, whatnot.

I am not a user of the software you mention, although I have used some of the older NCMA software and tools in the past and have found NCMA to be full of excellent references and tools.

That being said, take a look at TMS 402-16 5.1.3 for concentrated loads on masonry walls. (I do not have 402-22 yet but this should give you somewhere to start)
