Is there a tolerance for wall dents on stainless steel pipe and if so, where can I find it and what tools can be used to measure. I have 3" and 4" S/10 A312 TP304/L PIPE with wall dents.

If they are not sharp (no point or gouge in the bottom) then the spec only really limits you by tolerance.
And in pipe that would be one heck of a large dent.
I would start with micrometers and measure at the edges of the dent and see if the OD is still in tol.
If there is a sharp line, crease, point, or gouge in the bottom of the dent I would say that anything that you can feel is questionable.

I see 2 dents 83% toward the far end in the pipe fifth from the left in the first picture. And the 11th pipe from the left is severely squashed.
Some circles And arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each One is would help a lot.

edit - I decided the "squashed pipe" is really several pipes wrapped in paper or cardboard.

The fifth pipe is the one with the dents and was wondering if there is a tolerance on the depth on the dents to cause rejection and send back to vendor. What ASTM?

ASTM A312 is the specification that sets the rules for this order, if you don't have a copy then you don't even know what you asked for.
This is just pipe, what are a few dents?
Either you find that it is a tolerance issue, or you can argue about workmanship. But if you got this through distribution you will never win that one.
