Tool Seismic Restraint (Anchor) Design Software/Spreadsheet

Does anyone know and recommend what kind of small software/spreadsheet that can design tool seismic restraints (anchors)? Thanks a lot,

Attached is a spreadsheet. Check the answers with the latest ACI. It was updated to Appedix D for ACI-318 - 2005.

Thanks for replies. Those spreadsheet/programs are not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a spreadsheet or small software that can calculate lateral seismic forces for tools/equipments sitting on the ground/floor with four foot legs typically and restrained by brackets, and then design/check Z-shape or L-shape brackets as well as their anchor bolts.
