Hello,
I work in a dining room table manufacturing company. We have two lines in our paint shop. I would like to set up an indicator to know the number of items on each production line to allow for a balanced supply of tables to be painted. Currently there is no way to know this, so it happens that for example line 2 can be filled to its full length while there are empty spaces on line 1. I don't know what tool could count the number of panels on which the tables are placed between the first paint booth and before the last lacquer booth on the production line (I had vaguely thought of sensors). With this indicator, we would know if we need to send more painting tables on line 1 or line 2.
If you have any ideas or solutions, I'm interested.
On the picture of paintshop's drawing, in blue the limits where it needs to count the number of items
Thanks to you
