Apparently overnight hole wizard quit working and after multiple reinstalls I cannot get it going again. Same is true for Toolbox. I had three versions 2010, 2011, 2012 installed properly with data files correctly accounted for. Same is true after somewhat careful reinstalls. Since last using the hole wizard I switched from Avast to Norton security suite, added SpyBot and probably had a couple of Windows 7 updates. I did not turn off Norton during the reinstalls. I do have IE9 temporarily as my default browser. Tools, options file locations have the browser.mdb files correctly "aligned". I consistently get "Database Setup Error" "Unable to open master database due to the following access error: "(unspecified), and or "Unable to setup default profile" or "Unable to setup valid profile configuration" in various combinations. The database setup error only appears when the browser.mdb file is in the right place otherwise I get an "out of memory" error. I am about to plunk down >$1,500 for an annual support re-up and hoped to avoid that. Have not found solutions on other forums etc. Thanks for any help.
