Topology bus no longer working

I use the topology bus infrequently but the option is useful when you wish to alter the number of defining sections within a surface that is defined from a file (.ibl) but for some reason the option no longer appears to work under wildfire 3 date code M230, I'm not sure if this has been moved to a floating module and if and which one (NX?). I have tried altering my config.pro and amending the file and asking the topology bus to update but the file amendment is not seen. Any ides would be appreciated

Got an answer out of PTC the topology bus works on WF3 M140 and then is unusable until WF4 M150, but hats off to PTC they have fixed a date code WF3 M250 for me to download.
