Can someone direct me to reference table which list the recommended torque values for small, stainless steel installation or mounting hardware when mounting 6061 Aluminum Electronic part(s).

The size of mounting hardware typically used with our products is in the M2 to M6 size range.

Thanks,
Tuspi

The best reference is dont screw into aluminium, add inserts.

I would think you could experiment
and get the results you need with
just a little sampling. You might
have to drill a slightly larger
hole before tapping as the holes
may shrink after drilling. You
may also have to use extra heavy
washers so you do not create too
much bearing stress at this surface.

I don't know of any tables, but you can perform the calculations yourself using the method described here:

Consider anti-sieze compounds of you plan on removing the SST fasteners to reduce gualling. Machinery's Handbook lists typical torque values and formulas.
