Hi all
I'm having a minicar with a front axle load of 0,35 tons. The castor angle required is 3deg.
I need to find the torque required to rotate wheels by a rough estimate (Suppose the vehicle has a rigid axle front beam).
Could anyone help me?

Thanks in advance

Draw the FBD. You will need to relate the normal force and frictional forces around the kingpin. You will find that you do not have enough information (KPI, offset, and trail are needed).

Best regards,
