TORSION INPUT ON BEAMS IN SAFE MODEL

Hi All,

I just want to ask if its available in safe 2016 the assignment of torsional load in beams? As I can see in the the model when I tried applied the load in the beam, there is an option as uniform moment, that the directions on options simply shows the vertical and horizontal uniform distributed load? So just a piece of advice.
