Total indicated runout (API 6A ) for 6BX

As per API 6A 6BX flange Ring groove "concentricity shouldn't exceed 25mm of Total indicated runout".Does the highlighted statement can be used by giving position tolerance of 25mm at the groove keeping flange bore as DATUM please comment.....Is API 6A reffering to measuring of "total runout" of 6BX flange groove?


Please see the attached, will the flange groove will be having a 25mm total run out tolerance? or if a position tolerance of 25mm is given will that satisy the given note? please explain

As I read this, the statement makes no sense whatsoever. Can you please provide some context? I know what a BX flange is and what the ring groove should look like and I still can't make sense of this.
