Do I need to do phasor calcs on a system ?

Voltage = 204 206 209
Amps = 32 42 53

What is the power in kW?

P= Pa + Pb + Pc ????

You can add the power from each phase,once you know the power, but you don't have enough information to calculate power. You need the power factor of each phase, or the angle between the current and voltage. With current and voltage, you only know kVA, not kW.

Also, if you're going to calculate on a per phase basis, you'll want to use to the line-to-neutral voltage, so assuming this is a 208/120V system, divide those voltages by 1.732.

If so, then yes you can compute the power.
