I am thermal modelling a system which compose of room fan coils and a dedicated outdooor ventilation unit(tempered). My problems are: 1.) At system checksum, the Opt. vent. Kw is not showing up any calculated values 2.) In relation, Ventilation supply temperature is different from fancoilsupply temeprature.. I can do it at manual calculation however we need it at TRACE because of economic calculation. Any suggestions?

You probably need to understand how Trace sets up the system you are trying to model. It can seem counter-intuitive at times.

1. I'm not sure I can answer why no kW showing up.
2. Ventilation supply is set in the DOA tab in systems, and if not it is calculated by Trace. Your fan coil supply temp, unless defined, is calculated by Trace to be whatever temp would satisfy the load.

All that being said, I would call Trace Support. When I was new to using the program, I called several times a day and always got good support.
