Sep 10, 2007 #2 bacon4life Electrical Feb 4, 2004 1,513 NEMA TR-1 lists typical values of 75 dB to 80 dB. Many of our transformers are significantly quieter because our sites are actually governed by city/county noise ordinances. For example, one of the residential limits is 55 dB at the property line.
