Transformer Secondary Containment 1

I am looking for some info on what is required for transformer oil containment in Canada.

Any info could include reference to a best practice for foundation design or any capture technology that is used (ie media based, oil/water separator, etc). I am referencing thread158-58612 as the location where I have started my search.

Any help would be appreciated.
