TRANSITION SOLID 2

I'd like to unite the two solids with another one which will follow the blue spline.
How could I do it simple and fast?
What the best procedure?

Fast/quick method is to use Multi-Section Solid feature for the transistion.

Something like in the attachment.

Just a short question...why hybrid design ? Is it necessary ? Most of the companies are avoiding this.
