Transparency in an Animation

I currently doing an animation using animator and it involves parts appearing from transparent. But i was wondering, when you actually have parts transparent is there anyway of removing the black outlines/edges when transparency is applied?

Other than Shaded with edges turned off or just shaded used not the my knowledge.
