Transparency of Title Block Entities in Sheet Mode

Hi all,

I am working with Draftsight 2016 x64 SP0 free version and I am trying to make some templates work properly in sheet mode. I have a title block in sheet mode which includes some entities that are placed in a layer with 20% transparency. The fact is that, all the entities drawn in paper space can be seen through the title block transparent entities, but it doesn't happen with the entities in the viewport from model space.

Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is any solution to make this transparency always workk?
