treatment of mixed acids

what is the compound that will be formed if you mixed sulfuric acid, nitric acid, ammonium bifluoride and water? Because according to my research, its product is used as a deoxidizer/desmutter. I hope someone can confirm if this is true.

Another is, can this be neutralized? so we won't have troubles in disposing it.
